GoldMindy sits between your AI chats and your knowledge base. You copy a response that matters. GoldMindy catches it, tags it, and helps you send it where it belongs — Notion, Obsidian, or a Markdown file.
Nothing is uploaded to any server. Everything stays in your browser until you decide to archive it.
Three Ways to Capture
Copy button on AI platforms
Click the copy icon on any ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, DeepSeek, or Grok response. The diamond icon in your toolbar glows to confirm the card was saved — silently, without opening anything.
First-time setup: Click the clipboard icon in the address bar, select Allow, and refresh the page to start copying AI chats.
Right-click → Save to GoldMindy
Select any text on any webpage, right-click, and choose GoldMindy → Save. Works on articles, news pages, forum posts — anywhere you can select text in a browser tab.
Alt + M — Quick Input
Press Alt+M on any page to open a floating input. Type a note, a URL, or any passing thought and press Enter. The overlay disappears in under two seconds.
Microsoft Edge users: Alt+M may not activate automatically. Go to
edge://extensions/shortcuts, find GoldMindy Quick Input, click the pencil icon, and set Alt+M manually.
Anatomy of a Card
Every captured item becomes a card. Here's what a card looks like and what each control does:
Can AI really help me study 10+ hours less per week?
This is a great question, and the short answer is yes — for many people, AI can save 10+ hours per week. But it depends heavily on how you use it and what you're trying to accomplish.

| Trash | Moves the card to Trash. Cards stay there for 30 days before permanent deletion — you can restore any card from the Trash panel. |
The gold tags below the card text are auto-extracted keywords — GoldMindy runs local keyword extraction on every card automatically, no API key needed.
The Three Zones
GoldMindy's interface is divided into three zones. In the sidebar, you see INTAKE and VAULT side by side. Click any card's Expand button to open the full window, where all three zones appear at once.
Zone 01
INTAKE
Your capture inbox. Every saved card lands here first. Browse, search, and select cards to refine.
Zone 02
THE FORGE
AI refinement workspace. Select a card and run a custom prompt — summarize, restructure, extract action items. Requires a Groq API key.
Zone 03
THE VAULT
Your long-term collection. Pin your best refined cards here. Vault cards count toward your total card limit.
The Header Controls
- Search bar — filters cards in real time across text, tags, and source URL.
- Globe — opens goldmindy.com for documentation and updates.
- Settings — configure your language, Groq API key, and Notion connection.
