By installing, accessing, or using the GoldMindy browser extension ("Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and GoldMindy ("GoldMindy," "we," "our," or "us").
You must be at least 13 years old to use GoldMindy. By using the Extension, you represent that you meet this requirement.
If you are using GoldMindy on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
GoldMindy is a browser extension for capturing, storing, and retrieving notes and information from AI platforms and other web pages.

To access Pro features, you will receive a license key issued by LemonSqueezy after purchase. You can view and manage your license from your LemonSqueezy customer portal. You agree to:
We reserve the right to request deactivation of license keys that are shared in violation of these Terms.
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy (lemonsqueezy.com), which acts as the merchant of record. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to LemonSqueezy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. GoldMindy does not receive or store your payment card details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your LemonSqueezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pro features remain accessible until that date.
Refund requests are handled by LemonSqueezy in accordance with their refund policy.
We will announce any price changes on the GoldMindy website at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the new pricing takes effect constitutes acceptance.
You retain full ownership of all notes, cards, and content you create using the Extension. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.
Because all your content is stored locally in your browser's built-in local storage, GoldMindy has no ability to access, recover, or back up your data. You are solely responsible for backing up your content. GoldMindy is not liable for data loss caused by:
Your Groq API key and Notion integration token are stored locally on your device and used only at your explicit request. You are responsible for all usage and costs associated with your own API keys. GoldMindy is not responsible for any charges incurred on third-party platforms through your use of the Extension.
You agree not to use GoldMindy to:
GoldMindy operates on or with third-party platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion) and services (e.g., Groq, LemonSqueezy). Your use of these platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. GoldMindy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party platform or service.
If a third-party platform changes its interface, API, or policies in a way that breaks GoldMindy's functionality, we will work to restore compatibility but cannot guarantee timelines or outcomes.
GoldMindy, its name, logo, and the Extension software are owned by GoldMindy or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension in accordance with these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every platform or browser version.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOLDMINDY AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoldMindy from claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Extension in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law; or (c) your infringement of any third-party right.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension or any feature at any time.
If we discontinue the Pro subscription entirely, we will endeavor to provide at least 30 days' notice and, where feasible, a pro-rated refund for any unused prepaid subscription period. Lifetime license holders will receive at least 30 days' notice of discontinuation.
By you: Stop using the Extension and cancel your subscription at any time. Your local data remains on your device.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your license key if you materially breach these Terms (e.g., unauthorized sharing of your license key) and fail to cure the breach within 14 days of notice from us, or immediately for serious violations.
After termination, your locally stored data remains on your device until you uninstall the Extension or clear your browser storage.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, contact us at addfocus247@gmail.com and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taiwan. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GoldMindy regarding the Extension.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
Language: In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version controls, except where applicable law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
